His background also includes a role as Managing Director with Goldman Sachs Wealth Management and 12 years at American Express. Larry received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a political science degree from Brown University. |

Jonathan Cherins |
Before joining TravelClick, Jonathan served for eight years with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the company’s risk management solutions division, a $700MM B2B information services business. There he was responsible for product innovation and execution, including D&B’s flagship product, DNBi. Before D&B, Jonathan was a founding employee with Juno Online Services, Inc., an early-to-market Internet service provider. As Senior Vice President of Product Marketing, he helped Juno expand through its high-growth phase, including its IPO in 1999. Jonathan received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. |
Jason spent 14 years with American Express, where he led digital customer acquisition for the OPEN Small Business Group, and managed travel product and distribution partnerships for the Global Commercial Card group. Most recently, Jason managed the Aperture Measurement product for Datran Media, a digital marketing technology company. |

Tim Hart |
A veteran of the travel and hospitality industry, Hart has long been leading the innovation and technology behind the industry's market intelligence. Prior to joining TravelClick, Hart was a co-founder, CEO and president of Rubicon and a member of its board of directors. He has more than 25 years experience in consulting, designing and implementing advanced revenue management solutions for the travel and hospitality industry. Tim Hart holds a BA and a MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. |
Gary’s extensive financial background includes 10 years at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), where he specialized in growth strategies and global business integration. Most recently, he served as the International CFO, focusing on improving performance and profitability. His career also includes leadership roles with industry leaders, The McGraw-Hill Companies and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. |

Grace Migliaccio |
Grace brings to her leadership role over 20 years of experience in operations and human capital management. Before joining TravelClick, she served as head of human resources for Cherry Hill, NJ-based Commerce Bank, where she was instrumental in transforming and streamlining the HR organization to support the bank’s unparalleled growth. Grace has a BA from Penn State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |

Chris has over 25 years of sales, marketing, and operations experience in the travel industry, beginning his career with TWA in Boston. He has also held positions with The Hertz Corporation, Loews Hotels, and Anasazi, Inc. Chris is a graduate of Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts. |
Before joining TravelClick in 1996, he was the Director of Rooms/Reservations for Hyatt International, where he oversaw worldwide hotel reservations, global distribution, consortia marketing, revenue and rate management, guest recognition programs, and hotel room operations in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. In this role, Jan was responsible for rapidly expanding Hyatt's worldwide reservations offices and for attaining Hyatt International's number one position in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) worldwide. |

Myles Trachtenberg |
With 25 years of business experience, Myles has global expertise in large-scale IT development and emerging technologies, along with leadership in managing fast-growth organizations. Before joining TravelClick, Myles served as Senior Vice President and CIO of Register.com, where he was responsible for website and technology services for over 2.5 million customers. There, he restructured the technology team, building out engineering, website, systems, operations, quality assurance, and program management teams across the US, UK, and India. Before Register.com, he held senior leadership roles in the Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Food, and Technology industries, including positions with Digicash, FreshDirect, and Prudential Insurance. His leadership skills include serving millions of customers, directing 1,000+ team members, and managing a $250+ million budget. Myles received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont. |
Before joining TravelClick in 2011, Steve was the Chief Marketing Officer for NetJets, the leader in fractional aircraft ownership of private jets. In nine years with NetJets, responsible for advertising, direct marketing, public relations, internet operations, events, owner communications and sales support, he rebranded the company, and helped it more than double in revenues, customers and aircraft. More recently Steve served as the EVP and Chief Sales and Marketing Office for Bowlmor Lanes, the popular entertainment chain, where he successfully launched Bowlmor’s 90,000 square foot flagship location. Steve’s early marketing career started with Pepsi-Cola and he progressed at well-known marketing companies Clairol and American Express in positions of increasing responsibility. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia University. |
