Our entry-level package gives hotels complete database set up and the ability to send and manage all transactional communications – pre and post-stay, confirmation and cancellation, post-stay surveys, and web forms. Customers also have access to our guest satisfaction survey and reporting platform, featuring easy-to-use drag-and-drop functionality and an integration with TripAdvisor,


Marketing Automation and Customer Analysis

In addition to being able to send all transactional communications, this package provides email marketing and reporting – which includes our patented dynamic content engine – allowing for a single email template to be customized for each guest. The email marketing platform also includes a responsive editor and templates, A/B testing, and a workflow automation engine, all backed by our hospitality-focused email service provider. Abandonment functionality and an upgrade engine are included to drive incremental revenue. 


Guest Recognition
