Larry Kutscher, Chief Executive Officer
Larry has been Chief Executive Officer of TravelClick since 2010, driving the company's overall strategic direction and vision. During his time with TravelClick, he has been passionate about the need to build not only industry-leading products, but also a motivated team of hospitality and marketing experts to enable the success of TravelClick’s 38,000+ hotel customers worldwide. He has helped create a unique suite of products for hoteliers that include Business Intelligence, Reservations and Demand Generation solutions, which together have helped more than double revenue and earnings during his tenure.
Larry has 20 years of experience in building industry-defining online businesses and taking them to new heights of performance. Most recently before TravelClick, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Register.com, where he evolved the domain name company into a small business services organization with a focus on being the “web department” for small businesses.
Prior to joining Register.com, Larry served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Small Business Group at Dun & Bradstreet, where he helped the company expand its digital offerings, including the acquisition and development of Hoovers, a leading provider of sales and marketing intelligence. His background also includes a role as Managing Director with Goldman Sachs Wealth Management and 12 years at American Express.
Larry received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a political science degree from Brown University.
Barrett Boston, Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Barrett is responsible for the acquisition and retention of TravelClick’s customers worldwide. He is passionate about enabling the success of customers by leveraging data and technology to drive business outcomes. In his prior role as President, Americas, Barrett was responsible for leading TravelClick’s sales and operations in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Barrett has over 20 years of experience in sales, strategy, operations, and marketing in the technology and data domains.
Prior to joining TravelClick, Barrett was a senior executive at IBM, where he held multiple roles in sales, strategy, and general management. In his most recent role as Vice President, Big Data & Analytics, Barrett was the global general manager for this strategic growth unit and led sales worldwide. Prior to that role, he spearheaded IBM’s Global Competitive Strategy program, which involved 35,000 sellers in 130 countries. Barrett also ran global sales for the database division and industry solution sales for North America.
Earlier in his career, Barrett worked for Storage Networks, a pioneer in the data storage-as-a-service market, and Stonington Partners, a private equity group based in New York.
Barrett received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Curtis Brewer, Senior Vice President, Reservations and Web Solutions
Curtis is responsible for strategy, product management, and go to market for TravelClick’s Reservations and Website Solutions business lines. In this role, he focuses on driving bookings and revenue growth for TravelClick’s portfolio of hotel customers by expanding their online distribution and optimizing direct booking channels through industry partnerships, product innovation, analytics, and e-commerce.
Prior to joining TravelClick, Curtis was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he specialized in corporate strategy and marketing for various global clients. Before that, he spent 7 years at American Express. During his tenure there, he held a number of roles across customer acquisition, product management, and marketing.
Curtis holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management.
Rebecca Bursky, Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Rebecca is Senior Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for talent acquisition and management, training, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and internal communications. She has 18 years of strong HR experience, most recently as Vice President, Human Resources at Marketwired, Inc., a Canadian-based, private equity-owned technology company focused on news distribution, social media listening, monitoring and analytics. During her time there, Rebecca was charged with developing both the company’s HR infrastructure and its talent acquisition process as well as divesting its subsidiary, Sysomos, Inc. from the parent company.
Prior to Marketwired, Rebecca spent eight years at Dun & Bradstreet in various HR leadership roles, ultimately as the head of Human Resources for North America Sales. Before that, she worked for five years at Cendant, three of which she spent with the company’s Travel Distribution Services team.
Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and is a certified Professional of Human Resources.
Joe Eng, Chief Information Officer
Joe is Chief Information Officer, he oversees and drives technology innovation for TravelClick's products, technologies, and operations. Most recently, Joe was CIO at JetBlue Airways where he led technology for the airline, including its successful customer reservation system transition. Prior to JetBlue, Joe was CIO for SWIFT, the mission critical financial services industry messaging provider. He has also held leadership positions in the telecommunications industry at Ameritech and Bellcore.
Joe attended Rutgers University and New York University where he received his bachelors and masters degree in computer science.
Scott Falconer, Executive Vice President / General Manager, Media Solutions
Scott is TravelClick’s EVP / General Manager, Media Solutions. Media Solutions develop and operate digital media and global distribution system products and services that generate revenue for TravelClick’s clients. Scott has extensive operating experience in leading recurring revenue businesses as well as significant experience in media and communications.
Scott was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Visible World, a leading media / advertising technology company. As COO, Scott directed all commercial activities including finance, strategy, sales, marketing, client services, operations, product management and HR. He and his team devised and implemented a high growth strategy that transformed the company into a leader in programmatic TV advertising that led to Visible World’s acquisition by Comcast in 2015.
Prior to Visible World, Scott was the Executive Vice President of Operations at Nutrisystem, North America’s largest home delivery weight loss company. Falconer and the team he recruited significantly revamped operations at Nutrisystem, resulting in company record levels of customer retention, sales performance, and gross margin.
Before joining Nutrisystem, Falconer was Executive Vice President at AOL and executive-in-charge of AOL Mobile where he developed AOL’s mobile strategy and launched a wide array of mobile services. He was also Executive Vice President of AOL Member Services. Scott and his Member Services team significantly contributed to AOL’s profit through its activities in efficiently acquiring, servicing, developing, and retaining customers.
Prior to AOL, Falconer led the consumer division of NTL (since renamed Virgin Media), the United Kingdom’s largest cable communications company. While at NTL, Falconer’s consumer division launched interactive digital television and high-speed Internet services, marketed “triple play” bundles to UK consumers, and integrated a multi-billion dollar acquisition. He also held senior marketing positions at Air Touch Communications, an international mobile services provider acquired by Vodafone in 1999. Prior to Air Touch, Scott was a Senior Associate at the management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton and an Associate at investment bank Goldman Sachs.
Scott holds MBA and MS degrees from Stanford University and a BS degree in Operations Research from Cornell University.
Andrea Newborn, Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Andrea is the chief legal officer of TravelClick and responsible for all legal affairs globally. She is responsible for advising the company on a broad range of legal issues, including but not limited to contracts, corporate transactions, intellectual property and employment.
Andrea has over twenty years of experience counseling private and public companies in an in-house legal role, after spending the initial part of her career at two New York City based law firms. Prior to joining TravelClick, Andrea was General Counsel of Reader’s Digest, a global consumer marketing and media company.
Andrea received a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and her law degree from Columbia School of Law.
David Obstler, Chief Financial Officer
David is Chief Financial Officer of TravelClick where he oversees all global financial operations and serves as a key member of the senior leadership team in developing growth strategies while maintaining fiscal responsibility. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in finance, 15 of which were spent in the role of Chief Financial Officer. During this time he helped several leading public and private equity-backed companies in New York City achieve operational and financial growth as well as successfully navigate financial and business transformations. He also has participated in multiple initial public offering (IPO) and M&A transactions.
Most recently, David was Chief Financial Officer at OpenLink Financial, a global leader in trading and risk management software for the commodity, energy and financial services industries. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer at MSCI Inc., after MSCI Inc. acquired Risk Metrics Group, and previously was Chief Financial Officer of RiskMetrics. David’s career also includes investment banking roles at JP Morgan & Co., Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs & Co.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University.
Greg Sheppard, Senior Vice President, Business Intelligence
Greg is responsible for TravelClick’s global business intelligence products, leading strategy, product management, development and marketing. These products enable hotels to leverage big data to make better decisions, drive more revenue, reduce costs, and improve performance.
Greg previously led TravelClick’s Marketing and Digital Media products. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, strategy, product management and business development, Greg is passionate about driving revenue growth, scaling business processes and improving service delivery for TravelClick and its clients.
Prior to joining TravelClick, Greg spent six years at American Express. During his tenure, he held a number of roles, including leading marketing strategy for the small business loyalty program and integrated acquisition marketing for small business credit cards. Greg also spent five years at LexisNexis in analytics and business development positions.
Greg received a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Jeffry Stuek Jr., President, Americas
Jeff is responsible for leading TravelClick’s business in the United States and Canada. Jeff has been with TravelClick for over four years, most recently as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Emerging Businesses where he was responsible for leading TravelClick’s Video Solutions and Guest Management Solutions teams, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Marketing, Global Connectivity and Strategic Partnerships. Prior to this role, Jeff lead strategy, execution and product development as General Manager of TravelClick’s Global Reservations Solutions. He brings more than 20 years of broad leadership experience in general management, sales, strategy and business development, capital markets, operations and finance.
Prior to joining TravelClick, Jeff served for 10 years with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) in a vast array of sales leadership, operational and general management roles, including President of D&B Canada. Before D&B, Jeff held several roles in Investment Banking, Private Equity and Corporate Banking with Banc of America Securities and Centura Capital.
Jeff received his MBA and BS from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jan Tissera, President, International
Jan manages TravelClick's Global Sales organization in the Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions. An experienced international hotelier and hotel industry consultant, Jan advises clients on how to maximize their performance in electronic distribution channels.
Before joining TravelClick in 1996, he was the Director of Rooms/Reservations for Hyatt International, where he oversaw worldwide hotel reservations, global distribution, consortia marketing, revenue and rate management, guest recognition programs, and hotel room operations in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. In this role, Jan was responsible for rapidly expanding Hyatt's worldwide reservations offices and for attaining Hyatt International's number one position in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) worldwide.
Marcel Bernard, Operating Partner, Thoma Bravo LLC
Marcel is a Senior Operating Partner. He has nearly 40 years of operating experience with companies primarily in the technology industry. Marcel’s prior experience includes service as Corporate Vice President, Operations of Geac Computer Corporation, a performance management software company, where he was responsible for the management and overall performance of several worldwide business units; Senior Vice President, Ontario Division, St. Lawrence Cement, responsible for the management of all Ontario business units; President and CEO of SaskTel, Saskatchewan’s largest phone company; and President of Motorola Canada. Orlando Bravo, Managing Partner, Thoma Bravo LLC
Orlando is a Managing Partner based in San Francisco. He joined the firm at its inception and previously worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Morgan Stanley & Co. based in New York. He was Chairman of Prophet 21, Inc. and a Director of Datatel, Inc., Digital Insight, Inc, JDA Software, Inc., SonicWall, Inc. and VECTORsgi prior to the sale of those companies by Thoma Bravo. Brian is a Vice President based in San Francisco. He joined Thoma Bravo in 2014 with previous experience as a senior associate at Veritas Capital and an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch, both in New York. He is currently a director of iPipeline, Inc.

David Weiss, Operating Partner, Thoma Bravo
David Weiss is a seasoned executive with over 25 years in the software business. From 2002 until 2011, Mr. Weiss served as President and CEO of Numara Software, Inc, (formerly Blue Ocean Software) where he led the company to significant growth through both product and market expansion.
Prior to Numara, Mr. Weiss served as vice president of worldwide marketing for Citrix Systems, Inc. during its rapid expansion from a small, private company to a global leader in remote access software solutions. Mr. Weiss was also part of the founding team of a VC-funded software company in the late 90s and spent 7 years at Lotus and 5 years at IBM in various sales, marketing and technical positions in the US and Europe.
