Security and Workflow

Hospitality Toolkit features built-in security and workflow approval processes that allow you to delegate hotel content management to an individual or group. This "permission only" based system lets designated individuals only see modules and access website content they have been authorized to edit. You are given the ability to review and approve the changes before they go live.

Content Management

Among the many tools at your disposal in the hotel website content management area are:

  1. Page Editor: Enables you to instantly add, edit, and delete text and photos. Content history and rollback are available, too.
  2. Specials and Packages: Lets you maximize your website's marketing and merchandizing capabilities and make instantaneous rate, date, text, and photo updates.
  3. Photo Gallery: Allows an unlimited number of categorized photo images.
  4. ePostcards: An application supported by Travel 2.0, lets guests email their friends using your property photos and actual postcard-like visual. An additional 15+ specific applications make your life easier and drive more revenue.

Media Library

A centralized media library ensures that all photos, graphics, and documents are cataloged and available for use in all of the Hospitality Toolkit applications. Using "smart" technology, the media library knows what sizes of photos are needed for each area of the website. After a new photo image is uploaded into the media library, you simply drag it to a "website image" folder. The Media Library will automatically crop, resize, sharpen, and save the file. The image is then available for use within each of the "smart-enabled" applications.

Group

The Hospitality Toolkit's Group module offers a simple, yet detailed, eRFP—letting you quickly acquire meeting and event requirements. The eRFP is easily customized for the unique needs of your property. When a meeting planner completes the eRFP, the system notifies your group sales manager and stores the information in a database for future retrieval.

When you combine the eRFP with our Hospitality Toolkit eMail Marketing tool, targeted HTML-based emails can be sent to the inquiring party. If it is a corporate meeting or wedding, the system can be programmed to send an appropriate email, which can be linked to other resources and tracked.

Campaign Tracking and ROI Reporting

Our base reports offer detailed website analytics with filtering, date range control, sorting, time series analysis, business-ready graphics, export capabilities, and built-in help. Everything from unique visitors, to click paths, to keywords is identified in our reports. iHotelier is now integrated with the Hospitality Toolkit to supply you with detailed ecommerce and ROI reports, available 24/7. These reports are based on the marketing source (direct, hotel search engine marketing, email campaigns, and more). We track and measure the data and make it available to you, so that you have detailed ROI, on demand.
